oof, now like XL.. peak bulk XXL. They're super narrow so size up (I ripped atleast 2-3 from trying to fit a true to size L).

When I first ordered I bought Large and it fitted me so tight, bit too much for my liking and I needed to switch to XL. It's still compresion like fitting but better, they are too long for me but you can tuck them in your short(pants). For reference I'm 5'10" and around 170lbs, so not that big, but I have a larger chest and shoulder area. So I would recommend to size up from your usual shirt

And also if you buy anything that is compresion like fitting size up, not a big mistake if it is too large at first, they can shrink or you can grow to fit them better 💪🤌
