As a Malmsteen fan, this performance is an insult to the fans who came to listen to him. The whole song is rushed, very sloppy playing, mindless improvised solos without any soul or passion.Why would anybody pay to watch this? He just doesn't give a fuck anymore. I am sure that he still got it but he just doesn't care to give a good performance in my opinion. I can say that he got bored of playing the same thing over the years. Again, i am saying all this as a malmsteen fan..

Yeah this performance isnt that good, but have you seen his recent studio videos? He played very good and very clean and I think he used quarantine as sitting down and improving his playing
