In my opinion, this is the most impressive thing Yngwie has done since his 1st Rising Force album....A true masterpiece...and it must be cool to throw a very expensive guitar through the air....

I prefer Yngwie with an orchestra and choir. He is in his element here. He is great with a band, but this is the definitive performance in my opinion

This concert, we have ever seen the greatest concert of the all classical music concert maybe, because it mixed neoclassical rock and classical music but I couldn't see it anymore :( maybe japan philharmonic orchestra get together and malmsteen join them again, one day.

Hola, yo llevo 15 años. Y efectivamente es un virtuoso del instrumento. Pero... Si quieres conocer a los "dioses" Mayores. (aunque no lo creas hay 3 mejores que el y todos absolutamente) 3.- Tosin Abassi (Un negro que toca guitarras de 8 cuerdas) 2.- Alex Hutchings y Steve Lukater 1.- El dios absoluto "GUTHRIE GOVAN" ojalá puedas escuchar y entender lo que hacen estos hombres. "Govan" tiene un disco acústico "LIVE in japan" y uff!!! Hace cosas que ningún músico imaginaba. Incluso fue "El mejor guitarrista del planeta 3 años" versátil a más no poder, veloz, improvisado y toca con "Hans Zimmer". Todos ellos son GENIOS. Bienvenido al mundo de la guitarra (Y los de cajón que junto con Yngwie son la crema y nata "Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Kiko loureiro). Pero sólo hay 4 dioses. SON INCRRIBLES y ya he visto a 2 de ellos en vivo.

Violin is a faster instrument than the guitar, no need to move the fingers that much to play fast, the notes are more close together than the guitar. Cheers! PS: I am a professional violinist who loves malmsteen!

Alex Devlin He has a scalloped fretboard. That's one of the major factors in his playing style. It takes less effort from the fretting hand; almost like playing harmonics. That's why his fingers look like they are gliding and barely touching the fretboard.

Incorrect. It actually takes more effort. Because the strings are being fretted against the actual metal of the frets, it just makes bending notes easier also wears out the frets very quickly. @@mikecrider8478
