Whoever posted this video makes my blood boil. You erect a 6ft gate like fort knox to prevent anyone accessing your property, yet you order large parcels to be delivered with no way of delivering them, you dont answer your phone or doorbell yet expect them to be magically placed on your doorstep??? If he had left the parcels on the side of the road and they got stolen you would probably be posting an enraged video "delivery driver leaves order on side of road". You post this video without blurring the mans image trying to shame him when he did everything he possible could, rang the doorbell several times, rang your phone. You are a disgrace. Please let us know the name of your business. Youre a business advisor?! I must book some sessions and then ignore your phonecalls reminding me about the session and then complain about you publicly.

Don't answer the courier, he delivered the parcel to you, the author of the video clearly has problems with his head, the courier is great.

I'm just wondering: you're expecting a package but don't answer the door? Drivers have a brutal schedule and that driver seemed to try at least to make the package land softly and upright. Just saying...
