Ok. So I have done about 120 of your classes so far. Every time I finish a class I feel ohh my this was the best of your classes so far! This is my favourite. It happened this morning again. This was THE best class of yours. I just can't have enough of you Erin, you are a fantastic teacher, your cues, your flows, everything is just perfection. Thank you so much!

I have done so many of your videos, absolutely love them. Just discovered this one yesterday and I have to say, one of my favourite ones! I mostly appreciate the fact that I don't even have to look at the screen, can fully turn inwards, because all your instructions are simple and clear. Keep up the amazing work! :)

Wow, this is exactly the class I needed today - so nice when that happens. I really love how you can focus on stretching and strengthening a particular muscle group, and still put together a well-rounded and challenging class. You're great!

Thank you thank you thank you! In a year of practising with you I have found both my physical and mental state have improved 100 fold! Just thought I'd let you know what you do really matters and impacts so many people in a positive way. Without your free practices online it would be difficult for me to have improved so much. This is one of the hardest yoga classes I have taken and I decided to take it because my back hurt badly. I managed to finish it and I now feel so much better! Thank you Erin, you've truly made my life better.

Just what my back needed but the part I really enjoyed was the shoulder and neck opening that came along with it. Feel like a million $!

Ok this is phenomenal, I did this class followed by a very hot and steamy shower and my back feels brand new. I practise with you almost two years now and I am at this point where I can't choose which class to do each day cause they are all fantastic for different reasons....Like should I do this which I love or this which I adore?? urgh true story :) Thank you!!!
