Exactlyyyyyy !! I feel the same. Everyone has their own way to explain & teach. But preeti mam really explain everything nicely & slowly so it’ll easy for us to catch also with her time. hello Preeti you are very good teacher, this asanas have really helped me fight back with agonising pain during menses, now i dont require that often the anlgesics & spasmodics to control my menstruel pain, i would really suggest every girl to do this follow sincerely & dedicately how preeti teaches.shez best yoga teacher.
