@@anjali_bakliwal yeah, both diet and yoga helped me . I started with awakening, evolution series and completed the whole. It's just each day u have to do a 40 minz yoga, eat healthy. In 3 months you will feel the change

Hello. I have been doing these 3 videos of urs for past 2 weeks and it feels empty if i.dont on any particular day. each time i do, i sweat a lot. Is that normal? coz i thought body gets used to the poses n not sweat much. Also I noticed that, my body hurts badly on days when i dont do these videos of urs. but not days i do i feel at ease.
