Wonderful. Your experience is inspiring me to commit to my practice. I always give this excuse to myself that life is tough being a mom. But on the days I take out time for my practice, i feel great and its not tough at all. My son himself supports me, he’s just 2! Also i wish to work on my lifestyle to wake up early in the morning. Start my day with peace. Thanks for this sharing 🤗😍

Ab aa ko dekh le mujhe bhi lene ka man kr rha h challenge💪.. Same yahi wala.. 😇 and what do told same happens with me to mind and स्टयूशन giving reasons not to do... 🙂🙂😇 .. So it was breaking the habit of doing it.. But from the day i started watching 👀 your videos 🎥 ... My mind can't distract any more as I have better reason to do for my mind 😅😅... And believe me i tried my best... And download at night 🌃 it self when I have to go my village or any place where net doesn't work properly... Love ❤ you mam.. Making such good conpect

Really very interesting....thank you for inspiring and I have decided to start with 100days from 1st March, though I have started from Feb but I m getting used to the routine and hopefully I will do it, if you can post o ne video on which asanas to avoid during menses and which we should perform.

Ma'am aaj ek bhi din skip na kare 50 days complete ho gye yoga ko😃😃 feeling bahut hi proud aur happy si aa rahi hai☺️...aapke videos daily krte krte kb 50 days complete ho gayr smz mai bhi nhi aya.. Maine target rkha tha ki 100th day pe ek acha sa yoga mat lena hai aaur uski bare mai aapse suggestions le lunga 50th day pe aur aaj 50th day complete ho gye😃😃... ma'am aap 50 days mai jb bhi time mile tb muze mat ke bare mai bta dijiye ya fir link bhej dijie...aapki vjh se mai apni aals aur comfortable zone se bahr aa gya hu... thanks ma'am ☺️
