Attention: do not perform this complex during severe pain, during the acute phase of inflammation.
Do not make any movements that cause you pain or severe discomfort. Skip them. We only do what is available today. Gradually, the entire lesson will become available to you.
In order for back pain not to bother you, do this complex every day. Over time, increase the number of repetitions, then add the number of approaches, and then you can increase the weight with weights.
Remember that the main thing is the regularity of practice.
We are not in a hurry. Don't set goals, enjoy the process ;)

When doing yoga, pay special attention to your sensations and breathing. Do not hold your breath, adjust the rhythm of movement to your breathing rhythm.
Do nothing through the pain, adjust each asana for yourself in order to enjoy the lesson.
There is no right or wrong asana, no right or wrong feeling. Accept any sensations as they are at the moment. Treat your body with respect.
Remember that yoga is for a person, not a person for yoga :)
Asana is for the body, not the body for asana.
