In practicing yoga I start experiencing few seconds of living my body/ numbness / tickling / or sensation all over body or I don't how to define what I was experiencing during the yoga practice Is it good or bad answer me...plz

Namaste, Experiencing sensations like numbness, tingling, during yoga is typically a sign of energy flow, which can be normal, but if it feels unsettling please consult a teacher
