Just did this before bed. Have a slipped disc that started bothering me again after starting gym again last week. Feeling much better. Hopefully can fall back asleep

I was in so much pain with my herniated discs and actually I was terrified of doing yoga as I thought it would hurt but the stretches you chose for this short session were soothing and made me much calmer and less tense, Thankyou xx

I hope this helped! Only you can know whether downward dog is appropriate for your body, always listen to it to see how each pose feels!
