I like your videos but I must say this: imagine people with anxiety and stress levels above the normal doing this Yoga practice with 9-10 Ads within 11 minutes? This is 1 per minute, which interrupts the breathing AND the flow movement. I managed to finish it, but I felt angry at the end. I think this goes against what you are teaching, right? So let me ask, does this make any sense to you to play ads in the middle of exercise? Plenty of interruptions ads because you are trying to rack in as much money as possible. This is bonkers and does not make any sense, plenty out there, I am disappointed.
