I never been into yoga but my knee has been terrible and just clicked the first yoga video I saw. My back and knee feel 10x better. Might put this into my daily routine!

Really good video. My only criticism would be to put the camera on a tripod especially when practicing balancing exercises. I had to turn away from the tv screen several times as the moving screen was very dizzying. Exercises were ALL helpful for me today though thank you! 🙏

For hip abduction can you be Rolled foreword very slightly or do you have to Roll all the way foreword?

Very slightly works. What you want to check in with is what muscles you are feeling & if not feeling the right muscles fire up making the small adjustments help!
