This gentle 15 minute yoga class focuses on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, upper back and lower back. Perfect to do in the morning to awaken the body or at the end of a work day, in this class we will be working on mobility doing slow and controlled movements targeting areas that get stressed through everyday activity to release neck tension, shoulders pain, upper back pain, and poor posture. This relaxing and stretching sequence will help you reduce stress, inflammation, relieve discomfort and increase mobility and range of motion.
