Me too! Been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I'm a giant walking bag of stiffness. This is helping so much. I get 12 hours or so of comfort after a session. It's amazing.

day four cleared! My dog position is improving finally ! I had to install a mirror near my mat on the floor to check up what my body was actually doing and how i could improve it. Thank you for this lesson Lesley.

I've been interested in yoga for years and have attempted many videos and classes. This is the first instructor that has kept me going for more than 1 class. Great pace great descriptions of poses without making me feel overwhelmed. Love the quotes and encouragement throughtout

Many thanks Lesley. I'm on day 70 of the 90 day challenge and have been adding days from this challenge when I don't have much time but just want to do some yoga. I find it a good way to focus on poses and a nice reminder on the right positions. I also don't want the 90 days to end so this is a way of stretching it too! Namaste and butterflies from London

I cannot thank you enough. I'm 7 months post baby number 2 & have been practicing yoga for around 6 years. Sadly my last pregnancy and delivery took it's toll on my body and I am forced to slow down. I am really enjoying this 30 day challenge. The length of time is perfect as a busy mum, the pace & poses are gentle enough on my still recovering body. Looking forward to day 5.

I've been practicing yoga for years, but wanted to take these beginner classes to review the basics and to make sure I haven't gotten sloppy in my form. Thank you for these detailed classes! I especially appreciated today's class since you taught us how to use our hands to check and correct the alignment of the legs and hips in Warrior 2! I've had teachers in live classes correct my form, but no one has ever taught me how to correct it myself -- until now! :)

Hi, it's 2020 and we're on quarantine and people's overall wellbeing is probably not the best at the moment which is why I decided to try yoga this on the start of April and now I'm on day four! Made me a feel a little bit relief from stress and feeling tense everytime I do it and now I have something to look forward everyday. Hope everyone is safe and would start taking care of their wellbeing despite how hard this pandemic is for all of us. Thank you for creating this!

I am loving these beginner yoga classes, Lesley. I have not been feeling well this past week - common cold symptoms - and I have done a couple of the classes a day as they have been perfect for me during these days when I don't feel good enough for the more challenging classes.

Really enjoying the 30 day challenge! My only feedback would be it moves quite fast for beginners, I have to keep pausing as by the time I've got my body into the correct position you've moved on to the next! Hopefully I'll improve the more I do it.

Thank you. Oh no! I'm sorry it's moving too fast. It might be good if you repeat each day 2-3 times. I know it'll take longer to get through the challenge, but it doesn't matter...just getting on the mat and breathing is the only thing that's important! xx

I was thinking that today too. I did another person's 30 day thing.before this amd the speed was a constant frustration. This is a lot better, more.beginner oriented and now I have done more...but still had to pause it. The trouble is, being new you are really trying to see the nuances of what the teacher is doing and don't know the names of things and you are trying to see from a weird position on a mat maybe on a small screen. I think it is easier to keepup in a live class too since you can see the other students as well amd the teacher can see if you are totally lost. But yeah i need a few breaths between a change especially if i need blocks.for some poses

I have been practicing each video twice a day, one time in the morning and one more time in the evening. I feel really good and relaxed after I finish. I feel íts not too difficult for me and I can improve step by step each day. Thank you for making this 30-day practice!

i love this. your voice is so calmeing and the gentle yoga is what i needed. I have parkinsons disease and this really helps. With the video I don't have to find rides to get to the yoga location., this is such a blessing. Im slow to get to the next position also, but Ill get it!! just getting started

I just got done with day four and I love doing these before school. I have seen that yoga helps me keep a positive attitude throughout my day. Also, the stretching feels amazing and helps to wake me up in the morning.

Not only are you moving (and the moving gets more challenging as you continue), but you'll also lower the stress levels also lowering cortisol in your body and studies show that lowering cortisol helps us to lose weight. Plus, yoga helps us to sleep better...that also helps with weight loss. :-)

It seems like the first 4 were the perfect speed, and from this one forward, the explanations and cues move too fast for me to comprehend and get in the position correctly. I bought the alignment course. I really hope you can get some cue cards together for purchase. You are the best at explaining how to get in the pose correctly.
