great videos. I am trying yoga for weight loss and more flexibility, as I cannot do traditional cardio because of leg injuries and a heart condition. I felt my muscles engaging, my flexibility improved through the first session alone. Greatest part... no leg pain. I will continue these videos 3/4 times a week as you said. I have great hopes of becoming healthier with the help of yoga. Thank you for the detailed instruction on postures, too!

I thoroughly enjoyed this, thank you Esther. I do have trouble with my wrists though, they are very painful when I'm in downward dog. Hopefully, with practice they will become less painful, and much stronger. Thanks again. Namaste :)
