It was such a beautiful experience.. felt relaxed ❤️ thank you for making such efficient videos which are feasible even if someone is that busy they can't Devote more than 10 minutes for self healing 🌼

I see on commented a year ago but I don’t think I actually tried the exercise 🥴 I have had terrible executive functioning issues. I can’t go very fast with this and it gets me agitated. Also how are you supposed to breathe? I feel like I have to hold my breath. Thank you!
