I never thought that I could break a sweat while meditating ; well..i did it today 😅and while my arms still shaking 🤦🏻♀️, this little gem and 15 minutes of savasana made my day! “May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way. May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue. And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.” Irish blessings. This is a profoundly healing and relaxing set. Truly I haven't found anything more effective in calming me down. And I am only able to do 3 minutes!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mariya!!

It may be challenging to hold the posture for 11 mins at the beginning. Feel free to start with 3 mins or take a break when needed and slowly build up to 11 mins. Love , Mariya 🙏❤️

Yes, it is recommended for balancing all the hormones produced by the adrenal gland.

@@culpepperrebeccarc I understand it can be challenging but this is how you get all the benefits from the exercise. Feel free to rest when you need to and don't push yourself too much.
