Day 11 Complete! This is the only yoga practice I have ever genuinely looked forward to doing every day :) It is GREAT!

Every day I look forward to doing these sessions! Sometimes I repeat them 2-3 days depending on what my body says. I usually don't like to repeat when I do other types of physical activity or just don't look forward to it! I either get a little board or anxious to following the routines...but this is so amazing and different that even when I feel no energy I go for it because the sense of wellbeing that I feel afterwards is energizing to my spirit, is not energy to climb walls is a well balanced energy that leaves me feeling calm and good.

It works on so many levels that even if the physical body is tired our emotional or mental or etheral Bodies will want to receive some attention. i am so thankful for this practice, my body feels much lighter and my mind is clearer. I feel that not only toxins but also toxic thoughts are released.

4th time doing this series. The half bowl exercises felt great for the liver and kidneys. I also got in touch with a lot of anger! It felt good to feel it and not judge it or try to suppress it. It must be the liver discharging since the liver stores anger. Thank you Mariya!

Besides the last move, this one had me feeling amazing throughout, left leg boat was a little hard which is interesting cause my left side is more flexible, it felt like my ribs were pressing into the ground.

Thank you so much for these videos Mariya, I have gone thru this challenge about 4 times now and truely enjoy waking up and joining you every morning- I certainly notice when I haven't done it! Today however, this is the first time I have finished with the feeling of a massive headache. Felt dizzy coming out of boat pose, I know you say this is toxins leaving the body, but I never experienced like this before... maybe it is a good sign? I enjoy your full classe sessions with others in your house - holding arms out for that time aghhhh!!! What a challenge- but i felt AMAZING once I managed it, like weightless- true mind over matter. Are you going to be uploading more like those in the near future? (I just wished I lived in london so I could come in person- let me know if you ever heading to Cornwall) so glad I "stumbled" across your channel- Sat Nam x

The inversion is powerful. The belly looks really big when you’re in this position! Lol! It’s hard to breathe. I will be repeating this one several times in the next few weeks. I had a huge headache at the end. We have a lot going on here with mold and chemicals so Im not surprised. Thank you!

Hello, I really struggle to do this table pose position re my legs and arms position (they’re more on the side as I can’t arch as much) And the last V shape position, same I can’t put my arms/hands like that, I turn my hands on the other side and then my back is lower

ADVERT IN THE MIDDLE!!!! I love these practices and look forward doing them every day. However the adverts through the middle of the practice is really mean and puts me off. I keep expecting an interruption all the time. Isn't one at the start enough????

Mariya. I couldn't be in the "V" shaped pose during breath of fire. So I skipped the breath of fire part. Any alternative for that ?

Sat Nam. You can try raising one leg and keep the other leg on the floor. It will help you balance and make it easier for you to do breath of fire. Hope this helps. Blessings, Mariya

My body was too tight to do boat so I got myself in the 60 degree position but supported my feet on a wall. Gave as much core strength as I could and imagined energy running through my legs to toes outward. Made it thru 😅

Nella Sat nam, please note kundalini yoga is not to be practiced if you have consumed alcohol or had a heavy meal before that. It is a very deep practice and mixing it can have unpredictable effects on body and mind. Also keep in mind, as this Is a program for weigh loss it would be advisable to keep the body clean of toxins. In this process you are releasing so much waste and chemicals in your body as you cleanse it from within that injecting more from outside is just additional burden that is slowing down the process of healing. Kundalini Lounge I understand. I willful watch the video. I had be doing great at abstaining from all toxins but then had an exceptionally upsetting day/week at work and gave in to social drinking away my pain. In retrospect I regret it. I feel terrible. Thank you for your kind and loving support.

Mary Pinzone Sat Nam. That’s ok, you can still benefit from the balancing effects of the Kriya as they harmonise the hormonal secretion in the body. While you cannot substitute the lack of glad you could still bring the body into a more balanced state when practicing. Blessings, Mariya
