Adriene. You probably won't see this but I had to tell you. In February of this year, I began going through all your KZbin videos, from beginning to end, having never done yoga before. Over time, it has become a life-changing experience for me, helping me recover from deep depression and suffering. Around the same time, I began climbing regularly as well. It has become my other lifeline during this difficult time in my life. Today, I reached the end of your videos and this happened to be the final one. I can't help but enjoy the serendipity of this part of my journey ending with you bringing together the two things that saved me: yoga and climbing. Isn't that perfect? I am so grateful for the work you have done helping my body, mind, and spirit for so many months. I plan to continue this path and will always cherish your role in getting me here.

I'm so uplifted reading this. I'm in recovery from addiction and have suffered severe depression and anxiety in early recovery. I recently took up bouldering and it is immense, so much fun. I have a friend who is currently recovering from depression and he is climbing too and loving it and finding it really beneficial. I have only this year been fit enough to take up climbing which is thanks to Yoga. It's not about reaching the top, it's all about enjoying the climb. I wish you well.

Shift Day 27: Feels like this whole year has been a never-ending uphill climb. This practice made me appreciate the moment, though. I hope it's a great view from the top.

Day 27 of Shift, I did this practice for all the many runners 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️ in my family. This senior yogi is not a runner but it was a great sequence for strength building and amazingly my balance was good today ! See you tomorrow on the mat Adriene 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

Blessed Beloved Beauties! I do recall this practice from 2 months ago. Today I substituted Play Day - 21 for Yoga for Flexibility. I am pleased I honored my body. It was gentle with an internal and external stretch of freshness. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase 🦋♥️🦋

Whenever I get a complaint from anyone, my reply is Yoga with Adrienne has a video for that. and I'm probably 90% correct. Thank you for all your content. I always come here when I feel low or out of sorts and I am shifted to a better understanding or just plain better. Namaste

🧗‍♂️Process Day 25🏔 Did this practice today with my sister after a VERYYYYY LONGGG day of being out and about on the road (which we haven’t done since last month because where I live we’re back in a semi-lockdown) and it’s just what we needed! We even took an extended shavasana and almost fell asleep because we were so tired from today’s hustling and bustling! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste🙏

This is the best "yoga for climbers" I've ever stumbled across. I like the way it's holistic and all-body. I've been doing this about a month and my fingers feel so much better and I feel like a stronger climber. The practice gets better every time I do it. Thank you, Adriene!

Hi buddies! Today's practice was amazing, but I hurt my little toe yesterday and I was just feeling the pain (my toe's literally purple). Anyway, I felt really great 'cause this month's practices are making my core stronger, thanks Adriene. See you tomorrow on the mat! ❤

I was going to skip yoga for today because I wanted to get straight to breakfast, but then I realized that my body will not function the best when it is stiff, and knew Adriene will always solve the problem. So glad I did this practice - it is one of the best! Stretching and soothing in the most unexpected, unique way. I am grateful for this long-lasting community .XOXO

*immediately adds to "Favorite Yoga Flows" playlist. Had a ROUGH night's sleep, low energy, tired, lethargic and thought to myself: "how am I going to practice right now? Oh no, today's session is 30 minutes long??!!" Lol! But I got in my comfy romper, plopped down on the mat, pressed play and now that I am done I feel energy coursing through me! It's amazing how much of what we can do is mindset and will. We are capable of so much more than we know/believe--I feel myself literally getting stronger every day. Girl, you are magic!!! Blessed Beloved Beauties! Spark Day - 23 is a dope practice. I really adore this session. The blood is circulating throughout my body. There is a major shift of energy. I feel amazing. I appreciate the balancing postures. As a matter-of-fact I feel balanced. Now, I made it to the mat after 11:00 PM, yet nevertheless I made it. I only had time for a run 🏃🏿‍♀️ this morning before my mother/daughter date with my Mom today. We enjoyed a women's festival. Namaste and Ase! 🦋❤❤🦋

I started climbing about a year ago and neglected my yoga practice (maybe did 1-3 flows a week at that time). This video showed me how tense my shoulders became, especially in the forward fold positions with locked hands behind the back. I remember that this used to be easy, without any pain to it, but today showed me a different side. Will be coming back to this practice because after this 30 minute video I already feel more open and less tight in my chest and shoulder area. Thank you so much Adriene!

This felt good in a different kind of way and I really got to notice the difference between my right and left sides, also the importance of seeing the body in its entirety.

One happy wannabe-climber here!😁💪🏻 Shift month has been perspective-shifting since at least I've had the most new YWA practices in a long time. Rather than sticking to the Yoga for runners I've explored and loved for example Yoga for climbers and Yoga for surfers though I'm not a climber and definitely not a surfer. I'm not surprised but just happy for being nudged to try new videos. Thank you Adriene🥰

Started doing yoga with you every morning a little over a month ago, and my life has completely changed. My self esteem has done a complete 180, I feel stronger and more in control, and I find myself genuinely excited to show up on the mat every morning. Thank you!

I am not a climber but enjoyed this so much. I was scared to start since balance was mentioned but today I did manage to stay on one leg for quite a while. Onwards and upwards

I noticed I have a tenddency to be a lil bit sceptical when I see videos such as "yoga for climbers/nurses...". I guess it's the fear of stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something else. Well, this morning I was feeling like "you know what? I'm gonna do it!",and hell yes, it was absolutely amazing! I'm definitely going to come back to this practice in the future, it's one of mi faves! Thanks Adriene! A big hug

I was looking for: Yoga with Adriene mountain climbers, and although there were no actual "mountain climbers" in this practice (except for the knee to third eye, moment). I'm glad I found it and did it for the first time!

10.21 🧘🏿‍♂️ Twenty-first day of PLAY! Decided to do this as a late night practice and wow, it successfully clears up the fog in my mind. My body feels elongated and I personally feel anew. It's great! My favorite pose from today was the half moon.

I practiced yoga for climbers on Tuesday which helped with balance and also flexibility in my hips. I could feel the good stretch in my hips. I am not a climber but need the practice for balance and flexibility. I am doing climbers again today to continue the balance practice and great stretch for my hips. I found what feels good!! 💕 YWA!!

Play day 21. October 2022. It has been a very stressful week. But today I managed the balancing on both sides. Shoulder complained a bit, but raised my leg in half moon. So nice to have this time for myself. Spark day 23. July 2022. Today it never stopped raining and I got soaked twice. This was like a warm towel. Lovely stretch, and I needed those balances.

Wow. This is the session that keeps on giving. I felt it while I did it, and a half hour later while sitting at my desk - and again afterwards when I got up - I felt some of the muscles that I'd worked shake. I like that residual effect.

Just went trick climbing and found out that my flexibility and balance was garbage. I found this and after a few days, I'm already seeing progress. Great stuff.

Back to the calendar, this another slow mindful practice with a real sense of purpose for climbers. I haven’t balanced for a while but remember all your checkpoints to keep improving. Forearm planks and moves to build strength. Lots of trembling going on there and a very welcome extended yummy child’s pose . Phew Adriene, thank you, I am ready for my day 👍🏻🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

This was so so yummy! I had a great time during this practice. Body felt heavy and sore after starting a new job yesterday and this gave me exactly what I need to get on with the rest of my day. 💛

About once or twice a month, a yoga practice really resonates all over, and this was one of those practices. I almost didn't come to the mat today, but I am so glad I did. I'm just posting this now to express my gratitude, and also to remind myself that this is one facet of my day that should not be neglected.

been away from climbing for QUITE a while and found what used to be super easy for me, left me sore and tight. this was great for the tightness that was left in my upper back/shoulders. thank you!

I wasn’t looking forward to this practice. Balance is a real challenge. I loved Adriene’s approach and the choice of poses. It was actually a lot of fun.

@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 Hi Zuri, Thanks for asking, I am gardening before winter , and taking some tme with my husband. I still need to plant 5 trees and then I get back to yoga. I have also been fixing our lake shore, so it will be nice and ready for next Summer. 🙏💜,

SPARK 🔆 | July 23, 2022 | Not a climber but this practice is just delicious. Slow and controlled, small but powerful moves and yummy stretches. I felt really in tune with my body today which made this diddy even better! Day 934 in the books! 💜🧘‍♀
