Hi, I had been facing stomach issues mainly indigestion, Bloating and no medicine worked out. I suffered for more than 1 year and it disturbed my mental peace a lot . I already an underweight person indigestion and Bloating made even more weight loss. Also many foods cause bloating especially outside food . I then finally decided to do your digestion yoga and to be honest it helped me a lot . And from then I never faced Bloating and indigestion at all . No food allergy at all . I'm grateful to you. Rashmi, I strongly suggest that you make a video on best time to do each asana. For example, certain Yogasana are best done on empty stomach in the morning and some can be done even after 3 hours after meal or food intake. Yet, some like Vajrasana can be done even after meals immediately. Since, many like you are perhaps properly trained under a proper Yoga instructor and have vast experience of doing Yoga for decades (since you were small child) you can guide all of us new to Yoga on the times at which each asana can be safely done. This is particularly important because I read in the Times of India Mumbai edition that a new enthusiast (who became health conscious and wanted to improve his health) who tried to do Surya Namaskar after evening meal (dinner) and result was he died. So, some asanas may be greatly damaging if done immediately after meals with stomach being full.
