I’ve been battling with depression and anxiety for a long time now and I’ve finally decided to get help for it. Prior to seeing a specialist I tried my hardest to do yoga and your videos have helped me in unimaginable ways possible. This actually sorted me out, i was feeling really low and struggling to love myself, doing this i felt blissful and felt my self love come back. Every thing seems okay again! Also a lovely balance of work and ease.

I remember this video being extremely challenging for me back when you first posted it. Thought I’d come back and give it a go and I am amazed by how much I’ve grown and how strong my body feels! I am 69 yrs old and can do this perfectly as it does not rely on momentum - it is my favourite out of all the other yoga classes - I alternate yoga with pilates every weekday am. Thanks LOL Janice A

I love the beautiful scenery from around the world and the peaceful voice over. I also love the way that you combine yoga and pilates for a fabulous yet peaceful workout. I had been switching my DVD's in the middle of workouts because I like to combine both yoga and pilates, but now that I've found your channel I don't think I'll be going back to any of my 30+ DVD's anymore because this workout has everything I'm looking for! you could try digestive enzymes with your meal - also make sure you are eating fruit alone or with veggies - that helps quite a bit - no banana and nut butter

Bloating, acid reflux and indigestion are tough battles some people face especially those with hyperacidity, or even GERD. It comes with people who are too busy to eat the nutrition needed by our bodies. This practice will be beneficial because sometimes, certain foods are enemies because their bodies have a hard time digesting them. Also, your Pilates classes are tough, but I've seen some cuts and muscles I never knew existed! It also helped me cope with my chronic pain! Thank you Boho Beautiful! Love and Light! 🌸

The twisting in the high lunge - where you move your arms like helicopter blades - was amazing. I burped so much during that, and it made me feel so much better! Thank you for the wonderful practice

I just want to thank you guys for all your love and energy you spread around you. I felt very down and started to do your practices 3 days ago and you would be surprised but when I Started there was an earthquake and I thought wow, that's should be something that I should definitely do because even the earth is trying to stop me from that. So what I am trying to say is that instead of lying on the coach watching tv series I gave myself some time and love and did all the exercises and I want to say that I feel much better. We just had the biggest festival of our community. I was sore from all the walking and dancing, and bloated and loose from all the fatty food I ate. I didn't know whether to stretch or do ab work out. This video provided both. Amazing as always.

The perfect morning practice for my digestive issues as well as opening the spine. I heard a few pop releases that occurred during the night. Wow! I feel like I can turn side to side with my neck and spine. Allowing love to come in is not easy. I can see where I may feel undeserving. Thank you Julianna. I will do this one again.

Great class! Really got it after doing it maybe for the twentieth time. Twisting while maintaining stability in the hips it not easy even for advanced Yogis. I just want to say I found your videos browsing as I was getting bored of just working out and staying motivated. Ever since a week ago I cant go a day without doing one of your routines my soul and body don't feel peaceful without it. Thank you guys for helping myself direct energy towards these organs and by releasing compression in the spine to increase nerve flow to these important and strong digestive organs. I love this video!

Love the workout. Thank you!!! I started watching your channel because Im looking for some yoga moves to help me relax and focus on my breathing. Its been 2 weeks now and I notice my breathing is better when I start feeling stress and when I do your yoga moves, it helps me sleep better and its more then 20-30min workout which I really like. Thank you again!!!

I absolutely love your videos. They are the perfect length. 15-20 minutes is the right amount of time without losing interest. As well they are faster moving which makes they fun.😊

@@mariancercel8961 So interesting that you commented this 14 hours ago and I just saw this now, as it has been 2 months since I left this comment and currently I am searching up ways online to break binge eating habits! Right now yes I still do yoga everyday and I have moved on to more advanced postures and doing about 40 minutes of boho's advanced videos each day. However, the plant based diet I was following had too many restrictions and had led me into a bullemic spiral that I have been battling for almost a month now. In short, I would 100% recomend completing a plant-based diet consisting of whole fruits and veggies and avoiding additives and added sugars, unhealthy fats and such, but do not completely restrict yourself of the occasional sweet treat or high calorie day to speed up the weight loss process. Reply with any more questions and I will be happy to answer them :)
