We all have days, weeks, or even months of feeling not quite ourselves. Even the strongest have their moments of fatigue. And that feeling can be so hard to shift. I've created a class to help you with just that - self-love - the hardest yet most important love of them all. And it'll help ease tiredness and fatigue through gentle yoga stretches, yoga exercises, and pranayama (breath) techniques to get the blood flowing in a soothing way and to help reduce internal anxiety and stress.
Return to this vinyasa flow whenever you feel you're in need of a mental and physical break - perhaps even save it to a KZbin playlist for easy access.
Remember friends, your body and your mental health come first! Enjoy this class without guilt that you should be doing more - take time to really unwind in the final pose of savasana. Don't skip it no matter how tempting, your heart and soul will thank you for it.
