Hello again Devi.Thank you for another great class .I will be saving it in my "yoga class library" to practise regularly. Its important to look after my feet as I'm 75 years old.

Perfect after two days of hiking. Sitting back on my toes with them curled under is something I realized I need to do regularly. 🙏💕 👣

Thank you Devi! I'm training for my first ever 200 mile race and have been taking yoga more seriously. This was a perfect session following today's hike! One extra I like is to put the fingers between the toes and pulse while rotating the ankle a bit. Excited to follow along to more vidoes!

Thanks for focusing on feet and ankles...more please :) Been struggling with, what I've dubbed, a "pre-bunion" right big toe. Believe it's due to foot injury when I slipped running up carpeted steps years ago. This session helped inform some more on what and where. Way to dial it in lady Daly!

I realized today that i cant abduct my big toe. Any suggestions for that?

That's not normally an issue. Some people's toes don't move as much as other peoples'. Is this a new thing? Is it causing you pain or difficulty in you movements?

@@DeviDalyYoga no it doesn't cause me pain. I was under the assumption that if you cannot abduct your big toe away from the others that something is wrong

Thanks so much for this class! I will be doing this several times a week. I cannot do the frog pose properly because my ankles and feet are so tight! 🙏🙌
