Ms joelle, i cant sit on the floor with straight legs ,can u suggest some stretches so that i can sit with straight legs pls.

I suggest practicing by raising your hips, onto a block or a cushion, and practicing tilting your pelvis to straighten your lower back. Over time you can start to decrease the height of the object you are sitting on. This is a good practice to work in that direction: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGi7aKuGi8h3npo
