I wanted to introduce my mother to yoga because it's really helped my anxiety, so I think it could help hers. We just did this video together before bed. We finished with some lotion and lavender oil, and made some herbal tea and a bedtime snack of hummus and veggies. Such a positive and relaxing way to get ready for bed. Now my mother wants to do more of your videos with me. She really liked how positive you are and how much emphasis you place on self care. So I wanted to say thank you. :)

Adriene, I do at least 3 hours of yoga a day which normally consists of about 2 hours of your videos. I have so much to say about yoga and you especially, but I would just like to keep this short and sweet, I LOVE this Yoga for the Feet video. I practiced it for the first time about 4 months ago, and since then, I make sure to do this sequence at least once a week. I can tell when I have not done it yet during the week because my feet definitely feel tight and like they need some intentional movement. It is nice because really listening to my body and my feet reminds me when it is time to do the video again. I also find myself using the asanas and vocabulary from this sequence in other daily practices, as I add little movements for my feet in order to find what feels good. (I guess this wasn't very short). Thank you for your love and constant attention to the YWA community.

Adriene, I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I have awful plantar's facitis. I was told by an orthopedic doctor that if I didn't fix this now I would likely not be able to walk at all by the time I am 40. I am only 29 now. I refused to let that be what happened to me. I have been doing this video every day for a month in combination with months of physical therapy and dry needling, and the muscles are strong enough in my feet that I am starting to feel better finally. I have slept better in this last month than I have in years. Thank you Adriene!

This is an awesome video and for PF, please also consider adding basic calf stretches and massage. Tight calves "pull up" on all the related tendons and ligaments, which include our feet. My PF was so bad, I fell when getting out of bed one morning. Chiros worked exclusively on my feet, heels, etc. One massage therapist finally told me about the calves and it SAVED ME! My favorite tool is the basic massage stick. Roll down from behind the knee to achilles and really focus on the hot spots you feel. I felt that glimmer of hope within a couple days :-) I'm a long distance cyclist and my feet never get to flex, so it takes constant attention, but once I got ahead of it, not one hint of PF pain...as long as I keep up with stretches and massage :-) Good luck to us all!

I loved todays practice, was actually so happy to see it next in queue when I did yesterdays video. I'm a student teacher in an elementary school in Canada and today we celebrated the life of a young man by the name of Terry Fox who's mission it was to run across the whole of Canada in support of cancer research after being diagnosed with cancer in his leg at the age of 18. He made it almost the entirety of the way before unfortunately losing the battle as it spread to his lungs. We have celebrated this day for YEARS in Canada by running/waling for Terry on the day of his passing. I was so honoured to see this practice today because it reminded me of Terry; how much he used his beautiful feet as well as his heart to carry him on his mission. The feet are so important and even though I have an "ok relationship" with my feet, looks wise, I'm still so thankful for them. They take me places! Thank you for promoting foot love and foot care! Now I need a pedicure ;) In all honesty, a wonderful and gentle practice. Thank you Adrienne.

I have been in a boot listening to the DR but as soon as he gave to me the ok for simple exercises and stretches (ex. pointing toe hold it, use a rope to pull the foot hold for 10 sec) I found and started doing this video daily. When I started I couldn't even fully bare weight on my right foot now my ligaments and ankle are doing so much better!! The possibility of surgery is off the table and my Dr is so surprised on how quickly and overall movement and lack of pain I can now transfer out of the boot and most likely will not even need physical therapy. This video mixed with following my Dr's orders has cut my recover time in half and I didn't have to have Surgery!!! Thank you for doing what you do Adriene you are very much appreciated.

I have developed bunions recently (painful). This is my second time doing this for the feet. Even after the first session I could tell the difference. Thanks! It's on my playlist to see if it will diminish the pain permanently. I will keep you posted. Also a video for osteoarthritic knees would be great!!

Thank you so much making this video. I have been having a lot problems with my pain in left foot when I am doing my running exercizes. I could feel a pain relief change in my left foot after doing all the exercizes in this video just once. I have now begun doing these exercises every second day, before I go out to run and they have just helped med so much. Thank you so much for putting this video out here :) I will continue using your videos to help me feel better about myself in so many ways :) Keep up your amazing work and I for one will continue with yoga everyday :)

Oh good Lord I cannot tell you how good are my feet feeling right now. I was thinking of doing this yoga practice from so many days but after every tiring day doing running and standing all day at work, I forgets at the end of the day what my feet needs. Skipped running today to do this video. Thanks a lot adreine I can always look into your yoga practice videos whenever I need any stability even if it’s emotional, physical or mental.

I had no idea what that was so I just Googled it, and it sounds like no easy feat!! I couldn’t imagine doing that walk, especially with the Plantar Fasciitis I am currently dealing with on my left foot. Kudos to your mom! How did she do?

I love how you are with us all, including those of us because we lack some things that we feel everyone has! I have had a tighter right side of my body most of my life (ever since was sitting at the point of impact in a car accident that I was in), so I am unable to find some complete stretches in the most stable way, but you give an option for those of us that have lost ability

Had a hard time laying back on the last pose…thunderbolt did you call it; but my feet felt pretty stretched out in the end! Feet say, “Thank you, Adriene.” 🙏

I have had hammer toes my whole life. This Yoga for Feet was a challenge. I really enjoyed it though. I will continue to do this on a regular basis. Thanks Adriene.
Adriene thank you so much. I have been trying to work out how to alleviate the pain in my toes and feet and now you have given me the key to care for them with this mindful foot practice....oh thankyou, thankyou. I look forward to repeating the practice tomorrow and the day after and enjoying it. Wonderful healing generosity.Thankyou thankyou.

How thankful I am to have found you and your beautiful practice and sharing for good health, body well-being and so much more! I have suffered with foot pain all summer long and committed to healing from that and found this video, which I have been practicing almost daily for a week and ALREADY feeling so much relief... Thank you! and also want to thank you for your sweet "nuggets" of personal encouragement - you are truly special 💝and I am grateful. And one last thing - I made a salve (I say it "sav" - as in savvy :) of coconut oil (about 5 teaspoons) and 15 drops of peppermint oil and have looked forward to my foot massage with this as part of my bedtime ritual ... SO GOOD. Many many thanks and blessings to you!

Oh goodness, I'm so excited for this. I've been wondering if there was such a thing as yoga for feet. I work 7-10 hour bartending shifts, and my feet are screaming by the end of the night. I can't wait to see how this helps.

Loved this class today. Although I LOL'ed at that last pose. I am not sure what would have to change in my 55 year old male body to allow me to bend backwards with my feet tucked back alongside my butt but we were getting nowhere near that this morning. Thanks, Adreine!

I am with you there. I hovered a bit, knowing this was not the day it would happen, and if I had slipped, I likely would have been stuck in that position until they found my corpse or some divine presence lifted me out, either out out, or simply out to a normal seated position.

Oh yeahhhh.....this one was PERFECT to go along with your video for tired legs. I've been in and out of a surgical boot since 2016 bc of a ruptured plantar fascia. The surgeon finally took it from me and said I have to start walking w/o it. I've been doing these two videos all week and I'm starting to feel soooo much better! YAY! Thank you!

Blessed Beloved Beauties! I confused Begin Day - 27 for tomorrow's practice Day - 28. That's the way the universe works. I needed the heart chakra practice today b/c I'm about to have a heart-to-heart with a loved one during a late night dinner. 🍽 I pray 🙏🏿 this person is receptive b/c I'm only telling the truth. I will return to this session Yoga for the feet tomorrow. Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤️🦋

Hi Adriene! I've been doing your videos for a while now and I just wanted to say a huge thank you. You are by far my favourite yogi on youtube and I find your videos so inviting and accessible. They've honestly made such a difference to my life (I make time to practice most mornings and nights now!), this one was a particular gem as I work in heels all day so my feet definitely needed someTLC. Love your work, thank you

This is great. Thank you. I do a free chair yoga session at the library I work at and I try to show the attendees different, easy poses and I can incorporate a lot of these for chair yoga. Also this video was goofier than others it seemed. Super endearing and adorable dorkiness.
