Wherever you focus your mind, energy arises. This is a very crucial fact of our reality. Observer influences experiment / environment - observer and cosmos are NOT separate. Emotions are form-forming. This is confirmed by many experiments and research results and is also expressed in quantum physics in the undetermined nature of physical processes and their inevitable influence by observation. Emotion and intention are not only chemical reactions in our brains but must be seen as formative forces because they trigger a field movement at the moment of sensation and act on the etheric / subtle level in space and counter space.

@yCherkashin4 жыл бұрын
@@aadishmanrai8408 what Sadhguru has shown will validate that your breathing apparatus works, will work it and oxygenate your blood. That is part one. Wim has minutes long no-air hold which makes your body first eat up all that oxygen you just gobbled up, and after that go into "why are we not breathing, are we dying? let's turn the brain off" mode. And you repeat that flex of brain-on brain-off multiple times. There is also a body-scan meditation involved in that no-air hold. I will not speak for the effects except to say that knowing how to do these things completely changed my actual life. Also, you need an actual live instructor to show and correct you for Wim's method. There is some serious pranayama there.

Very similar to what we called Rebirthing in the 1980's, integrates "what ails you". Also an entity called Ramtha had a breathing exercise in workshops, Ramtha's way was very similar to this. Rebirthing is now known as "breathwork" and there are practitioners today, I believe. I can remember being so oxygenated that I ceased breathing for over 5 minutes. Not an instruction, just a happening. Anyway, this is one form of breathwork, and I can definitely endorse it.
@raghvendra19884 жыл бұрын
Louise Cassidy You should do it exactly as instructed otherwise it can work the other ways. Recently in one of the darshan he clarified that you should do it maximum 21 times only not more than that ..otherwise you can even lose your mind. This answer was in response to a question where someone said can I do this 100 times in one sitting. Pls do it exactly as instructed

Note: Again don't try increasing the number just for bravery. The reason being.... 1. More than 60 can make you seriously ill or you could have damaged some of parts. 2. More than 100 you are dead.
