I feel so deeply relaxed after that extended savasana. ☺ Do you have any suggestions for what to do instead if I am physically unable to raise both my legs in the pike-ups?

Mmm I'm so glad you enjoyed the extra time in savasana Gabriellio 🥰 Instead of doing the pike-ups, I would recommend doing "baby crunches" - lying on your back, legs bent, feet on the ground, head and shoulders lifted, and then reaching your hands up toward your knees. Hi Madie! So I'm using 2 cameras - both Sony RX 100V. Microphone is a clip on Sennheiser ME2 II lavalier , and for lights I'm using 3 Smith Victor Cool LED 100 lights.
