I'm curious how Kate would cue Exalted Warrior, is it a side stretch or back bend? Which way is the torso positioned? I've heard both, depending on the instructor... I would be interested in a flow from Exalted - Humble warrior.

@@ericathomas155 Hi Erica! Great question. It's a side stretch generally however it depends on the context of what the teacher is teaching. Sometimes they will teach it as part of a backbending warm up because the spine is in some extension (backbend) depending on the body. Have you joined our private Facebook group yet?
