Ma'am today I saw your video..I'm an arthritis patient..and my life is always gone with pain....this video will really help me a lot. I was doing these exercises before...but I wasn't doing it in a correct manner...From today I'll practice these as you said..I think now I'll benefited from this yoga...thank you so much ma'am..it really means a lot for me..thank you...

Acharya ji,so nicely explained 👌 I can't express...one thing I want to ask ,that ...in last,v should do sarp aasan,n then lie on stomach side for 2 mts.Dis way ,our spine vil also be stretched n v vil also relax ,while lying, n v vil have more oxygen from.our lungs.please reply...I vil wait for ur reply,then vil do dis.Love.
