Full squats (मलासन)
Malasana helps in stretching the groin area, opening the hips, and starting to make room down there for baby to make his grand exit.
It helps to ease your labor process at some extent.
Contractions
❌Don’t hold squat pose if your baby is breech and you are 32 weeks or more.
❌Do not do this pose if you are prone to prolapse.
❌Do not practice malasana if you have piles or haemorrhoids.
❌Do not do this pose if you are restricted for exercises or physical activities by your doctor.
