She is so beautiful.But when does she finally remove thoes toe rings from her feet? That was something for 16 year old teenie girls twenty years ago. A beautiful grown up lady like Kino doesn't need something like that on her toes - keep them bare 😀

Toe rings in India are like wedding rings in the US-that’s how women show that they are married there-so she probably picked it up from her many trips to India

I've been a yogi+ for more than 16 years, worked in pain treatment for many, I just want to give you some feedback, most people watching this are no where near being about to do many of these asana at your level, it appears you are showing this to yogis with pain issues. Most of the people we saw in practice would watch this and not even try it, others would try and be overly enthusiastic and hurt themselves. show some of the more newbie like, beginner forward bends etc... Most people in America can barely touch their toes. *(just a suggestion) Namaste

She has literally done hundreds of videos for beginners. If this is too advanced they can scroll through her beginner or newbie videos and find answers there. If all she did were beginner videos her followers would get bored because they would never advance above that level.
