Just had a nasty bike accident and basically came down on my hands. As I am on my handstand journey and practice daily my wrists are strong, but have now been badly sprained and am in wrist braces. And unable to put the slightest pressure on them. Only fingers work. So great to come across this practice.... 🙏 I hope in a month or so I will be able to try these drills. Love your channel.
