PCOD stands for the Polycystic Ovary Disorder which is characterized by facial hair, irregular period, pain and mood swings and affects many women. But with yoga and a change in lifestyle, it could be very well controlled.
Some of the useful yoga exercises covered in the video to control PCOD includes Chaki Chalan Asan, Ardha Shalabhasan, Salabhasan which will boost the internal organ system to get rid of the PCOD.

Hi IRA ji. I have pcod. I took all allopathic and homeopathic treatment for it. But it never gt completely cured.my periods remained irregular. I followed your yoga lessons for just two months and now i am getting my periods regularly! It's nothing less than a miracle for me!Thanks. God bless u.

Pcod me ap pills ko stop kiya tha ....yoga se period regular karne k liye......apka treatment chal raha hai??doctor ne period regular kliye medicine diya tha....but ap ne ahi yoga follow karke period regular kiya tha

1. Chakki chalasana 2. Up dog & 3. Chaturanga Dandasana (together) 4. Naukasna/ Boat pose 5. Ardha & Purna salavasana 6. Sarvangasana/ Shoulder stand with visualisation that, hormones are being balanced. Few slow, steady, long breathes before and after each pose and end with Savasana. ☺ For PCOD: 1. Control weight 2. Balanced, sattvic diet, fresh vegetables & fruits, less oily & spicy foods. 3. Control belly fat. 4. Yoga asnas, best at morning, or at least 1-2 hours after meals.

Thankyou So Much Ira Mamm .. For Such Useful vedio, I had followed all these योगासन अधोमुख श्वानासन, शलभासन, सर्वांग आसान for my PCOD problem and With 2 Months my PCOD wass Gone. And even I was able to Conceive Naturally just after few months. It changed my life, Thankyou again. God Bless you.

Bht sari medicines , checkups, ultrasounds se preshan homr maine ye exercise start ki thi and Bs aaj 3 mhine bad bhi m bilkl thik hu ... sb normal reports hai fir bhi m ye yoga krti hu... it has become a part of my life today. Jitna bhi thanks kru kam hai. Muje operation bhi suggest krdiya tha ek doctr ne to. It was so traumatic. But all thanks to you #thanksIraTrivedi

Actually I suffer from PCOD.. doctor gave me pils for period. But results are zero.. when I eat pils, then periods are came. I disturbed about eating pils.. I watched your pcod yoga video. now I follow your pcod yoga and I get better result now.. Thanks Ira didi...

Yaa... I lost weight too as I did yoga on daily basis... And suggest you to focus on your lifestyle too.. in what time you're waking up and going to bed.. and take healthy diet.. I've left fast-food completely... So all the things matters relating to lifestyle..and create a thought you'll cure it without taking medicines as I did... definitely you'll get result...

Thank you very much ma'am..i m recently diagnosed with pcod..my gynecologist advised me hormonal pills. But m not willing for taking those pills..i want to control this by yoga diet nd a healthy life style..Ur yoga asans are very nice..i will definitely follow this.. thanks a lot ma'am..

Initially u should start taking pills at least for 3 months to so that it gets controlled. Just a suggestion , its all your choice

Yeah actually I was also diagnosed with pcod some 8months back and as per my gynecologist prescribed me I started taking hormonal pills. Idk if it did not suit my body, my periods became so irregular, my cramps have worsened. I was having so much of mood swings. Then I stopped taking all those pills and joined a yoga center. Now it's been months my periods are regular and really feel energetic physically and emotionally as well.

You should start doing yoga. Also as she said in this video, the one suffering from pcod must change their lifestyle , Like limiting carbs and sugar. As in pcod, our body becomes insulin resistant and limiting sugar and losing some weight will surely help in this.

in starting you can hold for 10-15 seconds, than according to your capability you can increase 30-40 seconds

Hello mam mai aapka hi yoga follow kar rahi thi, 4 m se, but muze ab pregnency rah gayi without medicine, and I happy, but mam 6w shuru hai but mere back pain me dard ho raha hai right side ke taraf, mam mai sarvang aasan kar sakati kya, us se thik hota tha kabhi kabhi but aabhi kar sakati kya. Plz ans

Thanks mam mai ye aasan dely krugi muze pcod ka problem 7 sal se he muze period nahi aate aaur medicine bahut mhege dete he Dr paise nahi rahte jate davai khane ko to me ye jrur aasan karungi aagar me ye aasan dely karungi to muze kitane mahine me period ayege
