The sequence in a squat going on my toes and then opening my arms at the same time was amazing. I have followed your videos for few years now and this sequence was very challenging but I was able to do it thanks to you!!

I love everything Travis does. But I was surprised we didn’t get into the outer hips. Still, I feel much more balanced now than when I started the class!

I used to run 10mile a day but after having one hip removed I still work out but on the elliptical I do 160 min every day great yoga

Wonderful as always! Do you know dynamic pashimotanasana (Sp?)...so, it combines pashimotanasana with the plough...so good for the spine, neck and hamstrings and it opens up the governing meridian flowing up the back of the body...xxx

As a hiker, I really enjoyed this flow for tight leg muscles. Also, I just have to say, every time you start rhyming it makes me giggle. I don’t know why I find it so funny. 🤭

As usual I love your classes! Small question though - I understand there’s a timelimit for what to squeeze in with 20 min. at hand but how come there were no targeting on the body’s largest muscle - the but, the glute?☺️🤔 Now - I can do that with pigeon or something else by myself, no problem- just curious 👀☺️ since I’m starting up a running/yoga class as a teacher here in Sweden this fall..🥰🙏🏻
