About to head out for a 90 min long run and I’m so excited to do this after 🤩 Thank you for a runner focused practice! I would love a 15/20 min strengthening practice focused on glute med/calves/hips also 💗 Update- this was fantastic post long run, my legs feel looser and I will make this video part of my weekly ritual. I’m definitely normalizing shavasana after Sunday Runday from now on 🧘🏼♀️

Omg yay. I just went for a run and had to go to trusty ol’ Charlie to help me cool down. Those glute activation exercises had me CRAMPIN’ 😂I could only do 2-3 a side before I had to straighten my leg.

Dear Charlie, I just did a class from you from 2021 and as you are always looking for feedback to improve yourself, I just want to tell you: since then you have already improved so much! This is of course subjective. It is so much better to hear you speak live, not seeing a no speaking Charlie doing the class while your voice from the outside is giving the instructions. It is just much more natural. You have also improved in giving options for every level during class and the settings from the last couple of months were just wonderful. Thank you for your effort to find these places, it does have an impact at the feeling of the classes! The content itself was also great then and is even greater now! For now I have one request or question: it does not matter how warmed up I am I can never reach the ground with my heals at downward dog. This is one point I never heard you mention that this is completely normal and I'm not doing anything wrong - so is it that or am I doing anything wrong? Thank you for your passion to give us this great content, now and then! The music you found at the endings of some of the last classes of 2023 were so beautiful, I have them in my everyday playlist now. Much love from Germany!
