Omg, Paula. You've outdone yourself with this one. The neck stretches + resistance...oh, it hurt so good! The sides of my neck got a really wonderful stretch. And the pose right after that, with the back of the hand on the waist and the other hand pulling ever so slightly on the elbow - seriously, that is genius. I've done a similar pose but with one hand/arm across the back and the other hand pulling on the elbow from the front. I thought that was amazing but your rendition is much more superior. I sincerely thank you for this one. It's going into my favourites for sure! I humbly request for more neck and jaw releases like this, please!

I can't express enough how grateful I am for this video! I do this practice every morning. I have severe pain in my neck and am working with a chiropractor and other health care professionals, while desperately seeking to avoid surgery, if I can! Certain positions in the video help me better identify exactly where my pain is, so I can work with my doctors. Thank you so much for putting out this gentle healing for me to use!

You are the queen of upper back stretches and this one with the jaw included was PERFECTION! I found your videos in 2016 because I have scoliosis and was suffering from intense back pain at the end of the day - your videos were the only thing that gave me relief. I also tend to tense my jaw a lot - I'll wake up in the middle of the night with pain from clenching while I'm sleeping. This felt AMAZING! I can't wait to do it every night to give me some relief. I came here because for the last two weeks I have had a stuck "click" under my right shoulder blade which has been pulling right up from my right hamstring all the way up my back, through my tricep and shoulder, up my neck, and into my jaw. I have been writhing around in every which way trying to release the click for days and days. I found your routine and in the middle of it, as I was pressing on my temple, the huge click beneath my right scapula popped. It feels amazing relief, my arm is tingling!@!! Thank you so much. I have not done much yoga in my life but I really enjoyed your teaching style and I have now resolved to do more yoga using your videos. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

Paola, as an Indian I am deeply indebted to you for drawing me back to Yog. For the most part, new age Gurus in the East and West have turned this elixir of life into a parody. However, you are a Yogini in the true sense of the word with an incredible knowledge of the human body and immense compassion for the soul. I clench my jaw unconsciously very often and this has been so sooo helpful. 🙏 I feel tremendous release with the second that self massage begins. If possible, could you share more movements for the Abhiyanga- or self massage- focusing on face, knees, chest, tummy, shoulders and back? I religiously follow your happy feet Yoga as well and was delighted to learn that my Yoga teacher is also a dancer.

I have a lot of slumping because of PTSD I've been doing yoga for about 3 years now and it's virtually impossible for me to sit up and hold my spine straight without tightening my solar plexus knot. I'll try this one tomorrow, does this help with tension headaches? I must sleep in a bad position, plus the stress from being forced to change career, I wake up too often with headaches and it feels obvious its coming from neck and shoulders, but it influences my day a lot. Your older videos already helped me, but I need to do it every morning or it comes back so easily.
