Oh wow, with the inverted wrist position, resting the back of the hand on the mat, I really felt the increased benefit when you mentioned relaxing the shoulders right then. Wonderful practice! 💛

Hi Paula! An awesomely rad restorative practice that provided much needed relief! I especially enjoyed the back of the hand against the waist/elbow toward the center of the body stretch...it targeted those hard to reach areas! Much appreciated Paula!
