Don't give up. After day 2, I was feeling a little tension on my calves, thighs and arms, as some of you might be feeling if you don't workout regular. I just listened to my body did all asanas but only to the extent my body allowed. I made sure I did half or more than half. Took rest when I needed and started again. Trust me it's better than quitting. Successfully completed day 3 ✅

Great job on completing Day 3. It's so important to listen to your body and take it at your own pace, just like you did. Doing what you can, even if it's only half, is always better than giving up. Rest when needed, and get back into it-consistency is key! Keep going strong, you’ve got this.

I never comment on any of the videos.. but had to Thank you for this beautiful series.. am a new mom with all new responsibilities and alot of new weight to loose.. it's difficult to manage time and go out for any weight loss program or make any fix time commitments with baby.. and same time feel low confidence with new weight gain and this all situation made me very frustrated and had started to loose confidence.. but ur series with simple beginning gave me lot of hope.. Thank you for your work..
