Hello again beautiful! Thank you so much for opening your heart to us and sharing a part of your life! In life I also have learned to always be a study or student in life! Losing both parents as a child cast me forward in time way before I was ready. So, experience after experience has brought me to today! You are so sweet and helpful to all! Thank you! Love you, Michael 🙏

That you are inspiring. Your way of speaking and transmitting yoga joins me. I admit that for a while I did not follow classes much because I found it difficult. I have practiced hatha yoga for already 3 years and other disciplines like ashtanga I found it really difficult for my body. But with you when I do my practice with your way of guiding I find that it becomes accessible to my body. Thank you and I hope that you can transmit these lessons from the practice to us for a very long time.

Kino, thank you so much for this honest and inspirational story! I have read your book and the story for your first meeting to yoga mat and yoga at all, but these words reminds me to my yoga story and how I started yoga 5 years ago. I still trying my best and from time to time I still feel not flexible enough, BUT don't stop trying. End the feeling of freeing your mind and not thinking about anything else than your breath and Yoga pose is so calming and helping me be better person. I met you on one of your workshops in Romania last year. Me and my yoga friends were so excited about it despite we don't practice ashtanga yoga from so long. You were so smile and so non judgeable, you were so encouraging. Wanna thank you once again for what you gave. More belief in myself to not give up no matter how bad I feel in one moment or if I am not good enough at some asana. Not to stop trying and practice every day! Keep going practicing, teaching, studying and inspire people! 🙏 Namaste

Kino thank you for sharing your journey; especially, your part about the asanas. I am inspired by hearing , how hard a backbend was for you at first. Its truly inspiring to see where you are today on the mat, yet hearing where you came and what you couldn't do at the beginning. It's a blessing to hear that you couldn't do a pushup and you worked really hard over 20 years and then to find a video of yoga doing the 4th series of Ashtanga. Thank you Kino. I look forward to the next video

so hard to imagine that you were not immensely flexible when you first started off.... Thanks Kino for expressing exactly what my first yoga experience (or rather: the first ashtanga practice) felt like!! ('does this take forever?? What am I doing here??') and yes, the feeling I got when going home ('this was soooo amazing...')...

Sivananda usually has headstand as one of the first poses. Maybe that Sivananda teacher wasn’t teaching it that day. Hatha is a balanced practice, it’s not just “relaxing,” especially if the student is focused.
