I love watching her videos. What is amazing to me is the smoothness and grace in her movements. While she is obviously fit, the internal strength required to pull off these moves is not outwardly evident in her build. It proves that mental conviction is just as if not more important than raw physical strength.

Kenneth Southard I’ve found that the more you concentrate on the core, pulling it in and initiating movement from that center, the more grace and strength just come into your practice

Wowww...wowww.. Wowww.. This practice is all I need.... Loved the seesion... I aspire to be like you someday.... I quit my corporate high profile job last year and trained to be a Yoga Teacher and now I am teaching. Lot of ppl told me I have gone insane.. But I followed my heart and ppl like you inspired me to do what I am doing now... As I am spreading Yoga like you for the love of it I hold in my heart. Yoga gave me something which no money can buy, I cried several times during my practice as if I was releasing all those emotions I was holding inside. @@मीनायुष yes Sir, my students definitely feel healed at so many levels.... And I strive every day to help them through Yoga and in return they have started respecting Yoga more now... And it's no more a workout for them, it's a work-in now. And to see them happy and happier and healthier than before makes me so so happy and for me that's true happiness.

Hi Kino :). Can you describe in more detail what "pivot the inside of the pelvis" is? It seems to be very important. Why so?

The hip joints are located in the pelvis and when you pivot at the hip joints it creates the most efficient movement pattern for bending forward.
