This 25 Minute Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation is a Meditation guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind. This guided Yoga Nidra includes gentle binaural beats and soft piano to further soothe the nervous system and create brainwave entrainment for deep relaxation. This type of meditation also aids in deep relaxation, nonsleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.
This 25 Minute is a guided deep relaxation meditation. In this yoga Nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 25-minute yoga Nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system. This 25min Yoga Nidra script led by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga that is perfect for anxiety relief. Lie down, relax, rest, and meditate all at the same time!
This 25 minute yoga Nidra for relaxation aids to calm stress and anxiety. It’s an effective yogic sleep practice with binaural beats & soft piano to calm the nerves and take you deeper into theta and delta brainwave states.
This is a yoga Nidra style body scan to soothe the nerves. This yog nidra has a soothing female voice to further enhance the state of deep relaxation in the central nervous system. Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that helps with insomnia, anxiety, stress, adrenal fatigue, PTSD and so much more.

Thank you. This was wonderful. I often feel a bit of an imbalance within myself specifically between the right and left side of the brain but I do firmly believe that taking time to relax and feel all of that within myself.. allowing all the different sensations and symptoms to flow through me without resistance is slowly helping my body to recover and come back to that place of balance and peace and ease within. Like said, our bodies are designed to come back to the state of wellness and ease. Ease is our natural state... So trusting that. And trusting that our bodies are also here to guide us by bringing our awareness to different areas within so we can realign and create the changes necessary in our own lives to heal and realign with our purpose and joy and soul. Thank you for all that you do and may the journey unfold perfectly for each and every one of us simply by relaxing and letting go.. relaxing into God within.

I really needed this meditation today, my husband and I had to take our dog to be put to sleep yesterday. I didn't sleep much. Chose this one as I have done it many times and find the breathing in of peace n relaxation and out of stress and tension really helps. Thanks Ally for all your wonderful Nindra's.

Yesterday I did one of your practices and went through three stages of laughing out loud, crying, then walking through my room for half an hour after, while making movements that prolonged the effects I felt during during the session. Today, I felt an xtc on the verge of sex and while I am typing this comment my body is still positively radiating as if feverish... I have no idea what you're doing and what demons I'm exorcising but I am sure that you've presented me with a revolution for my body. It feels like I'm opening up a valve to release a decade of neglectful stress built up, and slowly exploring the full reality of my body. My infinite gratitude, I will try to be here every day from now on...

Would you consider to create a 2hour session for when we wake up at 5am and need more sleep? I also would love to download your sessions. Well Ally I've done this one every morning since it came up on my phone. I practice a yoga Nidra every morning before I get up. This one is my favourite it is soooo good I love the relaxing back ground music and breathing in relaxation and out calm, just so good thank you once again, much love and peace to you and everyone who reads this.

Thank you Ally for your beautiful yoga nidra gifts. Do you have a yoga nidrra for Healing the Uterus? I have been diagnosed as having a critical mass there, & I am on a self healing journey. I have also been diagnosed with a lesion in vertebrae L4 & L5, so any Deep Healing for the Lumbar Spine would be so very much appreciated aswell. Thank you so much Ally, certainly one of the best meditations out there. I find it very difficult to relax during my 3rd year of severe depression and anxiety along with menopause. This beautiful practice allows me to connect with my universal self. Even if it's only for a few minutes, it's such a relief from the pain and fear. Thank you. Ally, your description of this yoga nidra claimed that it, along with the "gentle binaural beats and soft piano, would soothe the nervous system and create brainwave entrainment for deep relaxation". You are on point! In addition, your soothing voice and descriptive languaging were exceptional. That was a very restful and relaxing way to spend 30 minutes.

Thank you so much Ally, your videos have been so helpful for releasing emotional and physical stress I hold in my body. I do them every night now. Would you consider a yoga nidra focused on relaxation of the pelvic floor for people who suffer from pelvic floor tension or maybe one for general pelvic floor healing?
