I discovered this last year as a way to get through cancer diagnosis, treatment, and scans and the associated anxiety attacks and fear. Yoga nidra has a profound effect on your mindset and outlook, particularly when ultra stressed. I’m in full recovery now, but come back to nidra as a way of reconnecting. You and Tanis Fishman here on KZbin have helped me know myself. I recommend your meditations to anyone going through tough times. This is a magical tool for healing and wellbeing. Namaste

I am 22 years old from the Bahamas, and I can’t thank you enough. Andrew Huberman put me onto NSDR but i found your channel and this is the longest session i’ve done. the 40 mins flew by and it was an incredible feeling. I suffer from cluster headaches and I believe through practicing yoga nidra i can require my nervous system and control the outbreaks.

I am in my forties and i come from Germany. A friend recommended me your videos to help me through recovery from longcovid. It helps me so much, I feel like I can relax my brain and body simultaneously. I feel so refreshed after the exercise. This is amazing. I have listened to this numerous times before and found it very helpful. This time I listened to it while feeling the intensity of a serious chest and head cold with lots of congestion, and stress about it because I have to fly on a plane and I’m afraid of the pain of the pressure change. My sankalpa was I am resting deeply and healing myself, and over the course of this practice, I could literally feel the infection in my sinuses subsiding I could feel my body healing itself, and even though it is the middle of the night, and I really want to sleep. I am feeling surprisingly energized and closer to full health. This has really show me my body’s own healing potential, in a shockingly short amount of time. I am truly amazed, I have never experienced anything like this before. I have been practising yoga Nidra for a couple of years now, and I really believe in it, and I will continue to do so. Thank you so much for this one, it is wondrous

Namaste Ally,I have been practising daily with you for about 3 yrs now. I am in England for 9 mths of the year and Australia for 3 mths. Each practice is different even though I may have been there many times. I love them all. Today ,a sense of well being and calm comes with me from your words, the chimes, my San Kulpa and our shared space and time. 🙏❤️🙏

💛 I normally only listen to voice only or subdued nature sounds, but these tones are pleasant. Still, I think they could be a little quieter, or your voice a little louder. 💛

Module 3 student here! I started the training about3 months ago and still fall asleep or go in and out of sleep quite often. I have been deeply sleep deprived for years. I loved the chimes!

I’m so happy to have found your recordings! I’ve been meditating since 1978 and your style guides me deep into my body. I feel energized, focused and clear now! Monday 22/08/22 1854. I'm feeling very peaceful ,balanced and at ease following this practice. What luxury to be able to do two longer Yoga Nidra practices today! I feel this could become a habit....." Habits are human nature -why not create some that will mint gold " ( Hafiz). I loved the psychic nadi shodhana practice which came very naturally after the rotation of consciousness ,sensing into the right and the left hemisphere's of the body. I actually felt my toes disappear and merge into the pranic field of awareness emanating around my body...my body felt suspended in awareness! Awesome ! Thanks again Ally. Namaste! 🙏

Wow (.) - still coming too. Words. One of favourite practices. I am at the threshold of my stress, and despite it taking a long time to settle...I got there. I am very receptive to sound and vibration (and it was intense at some spots), I felt that even after awakening my eyes seem to continue to vibrate. LOVED the visualization, the breath work. Oh ya...it was a sweet spot to be "IN". Namaste :)

2.35pm I finished this practice about half an hour ago but only just surfacing from my nest …. That’s how relaxing it is? Lots of energetic moving and shifting too. Your voice and the sound chimes are a marriage made in heaven. A perfect, harmonious blend. Continued loved and gratitude 🙏🏻 💖🌻

Ally, I am a 77-year-old woman who had an accident earlier this year. I dislocated my shoulder and as a result of that, I had nerve damage all the way down to my fingers. After the shoulder dislocation, I fell and fractured my kneecap and had to have, a replacement kneecap. I have been using your video to call my nerves and go to sleep. It is wonderful! Both of my injuries were on the right side of my body and I so appreciate the way you work through the right side of your body and then through the left side of your bodyto calm the nerves. Helping me immensely in my recovery. Thank you so much.

I am in the middle of module 3 and loving the different Nidra's in this module. Today on a hot summers day I feel totally refreshed after this session, I loved the use of the breath from feet to crown on both sides of the body, I could feel the energy moving around me. Thank you 😊

1300 practice. Blissful. Fingers/toes dissolved into awareness. Lost track of your guidance on breathing and was doing what my body wisdom wanted/needed. Had new experience of feeling like I had multiple arms: I was aware of my physical arms v relaxedby my side plus awareness of arms in prayer and arms out wide receiving/or like wings. I am so enjoying exploring each of your meditations. This one drew my attention today. It is truly a balm for any stress my nervous system may be holding. The chimes were hypnotic. I really appreciated the experience of moving awareness between the two sides of my body, guided by the rhythms of breath. At some point, the experience of melting into awareness, being awareness itself, became all encompassing. I have long covid and did too much yesterday but after this, while I'm still tired, I feel much more rested and peaceful! Still trying to put it in daily routine. I fell asleep while doing it and briefly heard myself snoring for the first time!
