Also, I’m not sure if I read this or not but I thought someone was asking for a long YN for sleep where you talk to me the whole time. I started practicing yoga nidra a few weeks ago and it has completely revolutionized my self care routine. I cannot take naps during the day and have a hard time relaxing in general due to being neurodivergent. Thank you so much for your free recordings. They help a lot! For the first time in a very long time, I'm able to be calm in spite of anything bad going on or being overwhelmed/overstimulated. I will continue with these and make an update if something comes up

Namaste! 🙏 I practiced around 9 A.M. on October 16, 2023. It was a gentle practice. I liked the body scan and was slightly falling asleep, but I was wide awake for the visualization of trillions of cells breathing in and out.
