This is by far my favorite routine. I suffer with hip pain daily…but not anymore. Thank you Bird for the beauty you give to us each day with your yoga routines and calming presence. Feeling super blessed!

I'm so grateful to have found your channel. I've always admired yoga but I really struggled with trying to follow along to routines as a beginner. Your videos are welcoming and I really appreciate that you take the time to encourage us to move at our own pace and listen to our body's. It's really helped me slow down and stopping pushing myself to the point of pain. Yoga has become such an important part of my life and I love the way it makes me feel now. I decided a few months ago that I wanted to focus on moving my body more consistently, and so I made it my goal to follow along to one of your videos every single day. Today marks 100 days in a row. This is what I needed. I feel complete elation as my sad left hip releases. It has been so so right for YEARS and so much so that I walk differently as a result. This feels like soft cotton candy clouds are tickling my feet and my whole lower body feels like blissful love.
