Thanks Jen , good to see you again. I used to do this playlist regularly before I got sick with cirrhosis of the liver. I've been ( and Still Am, as it only gets worse. I've just learned how to manage it better ) . I really enjoy your practices, but I was rudely interrupted by an advertisement, kinda takes away from my focus and really irritates me . I'm on disability so I can't afford to buy anything. I'm patiently waiting to get on the liver transplant list because a liver transplant is the only way that I am going to survive. Any idea the caloric amount burned in this workout? Ms. Hilman I use every one of your yoga videos I find. You are such a wonderful instructor. It's difficult to find an instructor who can talk you through your practice so that you don't have to look at the instructor. Your cheerful voice is uplifting. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us.

Blessings to Jen Hilman! I am 60 years old, and I've never been much into exercising, except for walking. I found your 5 week workout challenge a couple of months ago. With my muscle weakness, I'm still just using the first 2 videos, but I feel stronger and more encouraged with each practice. I am now dedicated to doing the challenge 4-5 times a week, and I know I will eventually make it through the whole series. Thank you so much!

Started this 5 week yoga challenge on the week of July 5th, (I had to stop in between week 3 and week 4 for work related reasons) today August 24 I've begun week 5! I have lost 10 lbs since I began and I am looking forward to loosing the next 10! I added 1 hour of walking and have modified my diet and been drinking tons of water! I have enjoyed your videos so much! I have noticed that my back pain has been reduced to almost nothing, I am more flexible and my body overall feels great! I am forever thankful for these videos. I've tried other yoga videos here on youtube and you have been the one I stuck with! Once again thank you so much for your videos! Love the kitty walk through!!! Cheers! I was honestly never a fan of yoga (did it maybe 4 times my entire life), but Jen is an amazing teacher with awesome practices. You can really tell a better difference in your body each time! I'm addicted to doing one of her videos every day now. Thank you!

Just finished my fourth workout this week of Week 1. Never managed to stick to any challenge for this long before, but there's something about Jen Hilman which makes you feel 'I can do this'. I started out with the four Yoga for Dummies videoes and got so excited, I wanted to try out more by Jen. Thanks for opening my eyes to yoga and I'm looking forward to seeing where these workouts will take me physically and, in my case even more importantly, mentally in the future. Karen Rosinger exactly how I felt. Started 2 weeks ago on the yoga for dummies and actually felt that this was something I could do.Jen makes it seem easier to achieve. I'm starting the 5 week challenge in the morning 👍

Best yoga teacher ever I've found on KZbin. :) She gives you enough time to do each positions and feel your body unlike most of other yoga videos which focus only on speedy and powerful movement.

Finally someone who takes the time to explain each pose and also how you get into it. I did start to think the video was getting a little slow paced, then I figure once I am comfortable with the poses I can go at my own pace anyway. Thank you for caring enough to be sure we are doing it right. xo

As someone with lots of physical health problems, I didn't do this easily, but after not being able to exercise for months, I was able to complete about 20 minutes of this on my first go. Gonna do it everyday. It really made me feel like I was working my body. Thank you very much xxxxx

Hi Jen! I have got through my first week of your yoga challenge and I'm already feeling wonderful. My neck and back feel much stronger and the pain is starting to decrease with each session. I'm sleeping better also. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank - you.

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for sharing your video,i found your 7 days total body work out in the web, i tried for seven days and made me more committed for another 7 days. i love all the stretching the poses that i cannot do before now i am beginning to tone my muscles slowly, please keep up the good work inspiring other women out there specially people at my age (50).

Okay, I am in great shape, workout everyday. I have never tried yoga, stumbled on your video today and I couldn't make it past 13:18. I have a newfound respect for Yoga. Now I am on a mission to get all 29:36 of this workout down. Challenge on! Thank you ;)

The handbook is not hard to carry out and understand. Yoga exercise is just not all about postures only but it`s a way of life as well. I am so excited that I found your videos! I am new to yoga. I've had a bad back due to muscle injuries when I was a teenager and so high impact workouts like running, jogging, jumping, anything like that are out for me. This is great! I've been doing your lower back pain relief videos and have felt so much better. This video had me sweating and that makes me so happy. I feel like I finally found something I can add to my walking. Thank you! I can't do the arms behind the back and forward fold but hopefully I will get there.

Jen hilman... your yoga, your sense of peace, your good direction has changed my life. Thank you. But i do have a question that i hope you can answer. I'm having a lot of trouble with Balance. Especially when we rise from lunge but keep ankle up. once i turn my foot for the Warrior two pose i'm ok. But can't seem to balance on my lifted ankle no matter how hard i try and keep practicing. Is this a strenghth issue? Will i get it eventually or should i just put foot flat so i can not fall over? ANY ADVICE would be appreciated.

thankyou so much Jen for getting my butt off of the couch!! i was so bad at this at first so i did the first video for like a month and a half haha. 3.5 months doing the videos 4 or 5 times out of the week has made me feel so much better in ways i didnt know existed. i feel comfortable wearing shorts that i couldnt wear in the spring time. This has just been the start of my yoga Journey and i thank you so much for making these videos!!! i recommended them to all of my friends. mwah!

Hi Jen, for nearly 30 years I have exercised either in the gym or at home along with various diets even though I was diagnosed with a knee condition and told to stop high impact workouts but don't gain weight!! Now going through the menopause I found that I was no longer enjoying working out but did not like the fact that I had put on a stone in a year so the vicious cycle began did not like my body but could not seem to do anything about it. Then I read about Yoga always been interested but never done anything about it. Wish I had - I have been doing this 5 week challenge and am now on my last week and have never enjoyed myself so much. I feel more relaxed less stressed and look forward to my workout. Am now looking for my next workouts so if anybody can tell me some good ones to do I would be welcome. I am due back at work on Tuesday and am trying to keep my stress and anxiety levels down like I was managing to do before my 2 weeks holiday. Thank you Jen for getting me back moving and enjoying doing it. Trace

What a great workout! I did this two days in a row and I had to change to a different video on day 3 because my legs were waayy too sore! So much forward folding and my legs are just not strong enough. I checked out your second video and it is more forward folding but even harder so I don't think I will be able to do one of these videos a week. It would be good to focus on different poses/ muscles in the videos. Ie in Courtney's 3 day weightloss videos some are more floor work and some are more standing. Thanks for the videos though, I will try to get through them all!

Hello, I recently just began to practice yoga and I am still learning proper technique and such. I just did this video and loved it! I feel so energized. I was just wondering if you or any others who have been practicing yoga have a few tips? I have noticed that during my practice, my feet begin to really hurt and cramp, and I wanted to know if there was something I in particular was doing to cause this and if there are ways to prevent this! Thank you!

I've coming to this video. I am on day 3 week 1. Last time I had to do this video for 6 weeks and 3 days minimum usually 5 days a week before I went to week 2. I got injured doing something else and I haven't revisited this video until now. It is easier on day 3, but I still hate how hard this video still is for me. I am grateful for the small breaks.

O.M.G. me n hubbie are new to the practice and stumbled upon Adrianne's practice, which works well for him but doesn't do much for me. So now we do yours together in the morning and hers at night. My muscles hate you, BUT, I thank you and enjoy it :) Thank you thank you and keep it up! :)
