Hello Adriene. Most likely you won't see this here but I felt compelled to write. I found out about you recently. I have been doing your 30 day yoga "Breathe" and showing up everyday. I deal with long standing health issues, and your teaching and presence "Benji too" have been a blessing to focus on. I thank you and others that make your channel possible! Mostly the same from me, I started around Xmas 2020 and since day one #ywa has been an anchor and a joy which I returned to daily, sometimes even twice a day.. not because I felt I had to, but because it is such a big joy and help whenever I feel nervous, all over the place, or start to spin out of control

Hi I am so happy to read your post. So much is making sense now. I have been in councelling for over 7 years. I suffered from CPTSD , had terrible reflux since my dad's passing in 2011 and also a trauma survivor. I started yoga with Adrienne a few months ago. Most of my symptoms have disappeared and I'm off my reflux meds. Starting my 200hrs through yoga alliance soon. Hoping to help others in the same way Adrienne has helped me. Thank you Adrienne!

I cannot even describe how much Adriene has been a part of my life since last summer. Her practices and kind words have helped me work through so much of my mental health and emotional baggage, and has helped me make yoga into more than just a workout, but a connection between body, mind, and breath. She remains my go-to if I want to be talked through a yoga practice. I thank my mom for introducing me to her, because it's been such a wonderful journey to learn to work WITH myself. Namaste ❤

Hi there... This video finds me now. It is so touching... In regard to breathing, I remember myself, a few years ago, when I was entering this I’ll say the world of yoga, I was master in holding my breath. Fast and quick inhales, the same with exhales, but holding the breath man, that was my specialty. And I’m aware that I’m not the only one... Over time, getting experience on the mat, and off the mat, and with gentle Adriene’s guidance, I’ve learned the true importance of breathing, conscious techniques of breathing and how does it feel when one breathes love in and breathes love out... And how we breathe and how we move matters... Now it’s clear, why I was holding, why I was gripping... Yeah, it’s not easy ’...in this world made of steel, made of stone...’ to bring ease onto this, but for sure it could be learned. Thanks dear

I've been doing yoga with adrienne literally everyday for the last 3 years with the exception of a few days off after hernia surgery and after a shoulder reconstruction. I mean literally only a few days off as I could do routines which didn't aggravate the healing . My overall health and mental well being has been unbelievably enhanced as a result of her videos. Her routines are a huge part of my everyday experience and im forever grateful for her "do what feels good approach. "

Adriene I have been doing your yoga's for a long time even when you came to Amsterdam a couple of years ago I Think in 2016/2017 I have to check my phone but it was like full circle and just saw your interview on Q4 nov 2021 and as you say; "A little goes a long way and the phrase "find what feels good" it always makes me happy doing your yoga and helped is still helping me. I got fired yesterday as flight attendant for 18 years so I saw this video I need to this breathing again. You already did it on you own channel which I did. Thank you for thinking about the science of the mind and combining this with yoga. I have a heavy backpack and when I am doing your yoga and I always look what could help me today it's so accessible what makes it nice. So thank you I will definitetly need more of that mindfullness and science of the brain combined together. Love you! And keep up with your gifts of giving to the FWFG community.
