Thanks. I am living in USA. So many Americans learn few yoga from India or KZbin and start classes for yoga and theyl are earning a lot. Why? I found we Indian people have no value for yoga but western countries tried different types of exercise but they are not sutisfied. When they accept yoga they got good result. So they people doing yoga more than Indian people. We have to continue yoga parampara to our next generation.

Mam your way of yuga explanation is very good and easy. Mam my xge is 63 i am doing yuga some time not regular. Last month I am doing youga exercise of neck (twesting) . Due to this I have created pain problems in my neck on left side. And in moving I feels pain. Please give remedy. Since then I am not doing youga.

My dadi is of 60 Will this help her??? Her bp is 170 2 months ago ,she had headeche and when consulted to doctor ,bp was 260 and also typhoid and after taking medicine ,bp is still high. Now she is taking medicine regularly and also very weak . Is high bp due to cold??????????¿??¿¿?????? And today she washed hand from cold water ,her hand started shivering. Can she do these exercises And get benefitted??????
