What a genius combination of yoga, weights, cardio, and total body work out. I have been doing these things separately. To have them integrated like this video takes my interest to exercise to a different level. One thing I love about your exercises Erin is the creativity. It is never boring. One minor thing to consider is doing voice over after the exercise is recorded. This way, your voice may come out softer and calmer. I was not able to finish this today as I had already done other exercise, but I saved this and will come back soon. Love the length of this video. Thanks!

Since quarantine started I’ve switched from going to my local hot yoga studio to doing your classes at home and I have gotten significantly stronger in every way! I started doing your weighted classes to increase strength and did this class today and I am completely pooped! So awesome. I’d love to come to Costa Rica in one of your retreats. Tried this yoga this morning great exercise! it's just that I can't do the upside down head on the floor lift position but the rest of the exercise is fine... I ENJOY IT &

This series is exactly what I've been looking for. I've been wanting to add weight training back into my workouts but didn't want to have to give up my daily time with you on my mat....this is the best of all worlds. This particular workout kicked my but today and i loved every second of it! Although its snowing and cold here in canada today i was sweatin'!! Lol. Thank you again for your channel!! ❤

Awesome -- just what I wanted today! And yay, me! for keeping up with you -- I think I've got about 10 years on you, plus this is three years old. I did your most recent yoga fit a few weeks ago and purposely went back far in time to try this one -- they all look great! A nice change of pace from my weight lifting in front of evening tv routine! Couple of suggestions to make the first time through a new video easier: maybe mention to have water handy, wear a sports bra for high impact parts, and maybe a little guidance on the weights you chose for heavy and light relative to how fit you are with weights. Probably at least a good idea for us to not exceed what you used the first time trying it, so would be helpful to know. Great work out -- I just hope I'm not too crippled to do my planned run tomorrow.... Thank you!!

Where do I find a yoga instructor that can modify a workout for me? I have DDD Which makes some moves painful and I've been doing yoga for 12 weeks now and feel better than ever but want a little more !!!! Please let me know if this is possible?!?!?
