this right here is what differentiates "online yoga" from "yoga online" -- the flow had such a realistic pace with a studio, it really brought the heat, it was focused on the yoga not the guide, and it was so particularly nice going all the way through savasana to close out. This felt like a true studio session and I am so thankful! (also appreciated the occasional funny comments like "don't hate me" haha!)

Hi Tana. I do at least one of your videos a day before work and have done so for about 10 months. I love them all but this one is my absolute "go to" when I am short on time and need a good strong workout. It is amazing! Please continue to make videos like these with all the toning elements and keeping it to 20 minutes for those days that we need a quick, but punchy workout. Thank you!!

This yoga flow is really what I needed this morning, I mean you need to repost this once again, (oldie but goldie type of flow) the intensity the marathon in it before you think you are tired you are already moving to the next flow aaah I loved it 🎉🎉🎉 one of my favorite is this one 🔥🔥🔥 thank you for all this wonderful flows and energy you give me and others while practicing. Loved this flow! I really appreciate that you do a full savasana with us and call us back. When an online class ends with expectation for us to savasana and close out, I always cheat it. Lovely class thank you ❤️

I love the strength of this practice. 20 minutes was good, and I would like longer with this amount of strength required too. Also, I really feel empowered and strong in warrior 2 position. I would like more of those included and holding it just a bit longer. I really appreciate all you do.

Tana, I love love love the 20 min flows, they pack a good small variety in a good time frame that's not too much pressure; they are just perfect to get the blood circulating or for a pre-hike. But i recommend evening it up, as the R and L side cycles are different on this one during the warrior ups/downs.

This is the first flow I did by Tana, and I was surprised by the dynamics and a different approach she has. I would say this is beginners intense flow rather than intermediate. It is hard on shoulders, but it didn't made me sweaty. I thought it was a bit too easy for the initial evaluation. Overall I enjoyed the flow and will check other videos! :)
